AMO LEAN is a 4-week bodyweight HIIT program that delivers exciting and fun workouts for people looking to lean out and burn fat while increasing endurance and strength!. We are increasing the work-to-recovery ratio weekly, so you will see constant improvements. The only equipment needed is a resistance band and a mini band. HIIT is a very time-sparing training mode and has been shown in various studies to boost your metabolism, increase strength, improve cardiovascular fitness and lose body fat by more than 30% than regular moderate-intensity training. In this program, we have created a very detailed programming method to give your body the correct signals so you can lose fat and build lean muscle simultaneously
